Vicky’s 5*  Review

I have read quite a few of Lizzy’s books.. But i think so far this one is the BEST! Hands down. Who has not wanted to be sucked into the story at some point of a book.. or movie? I know there has been a few myself I would like to be in.. and only once had I come close.. anyways this book totally sucked me in and I couldn’t think of anything else until I finished the story.. That being said the characters and the world that she has created in Black Moon Draw were very realistic and there were a few times when I found myself sympathizing with them. Also there was plenty of LOL moments. The bickering between Naia and the Shadow Knight was hilarious!

Once Naia gets sucked into the book she decides to try to be more assertive than she was back home. After all its just a dream right? The Shadow Knight claims her as his and she learns that she is supposed to be the last great battle-witch and was sent there to help aid the knight in battle in the hopes of breaking a 1000 year old curse. Being thrust in to an unknown world with strange ways she is unsure who to trust, and the Shadow Knight.. He seems to be one tasty morsel.. only one problem- he is betrothed to one of those Disney princess types..UGH. We also find out things are not always what they seem to be. All in all it was one hell of a story with many twists and turns. It left me guessing until the end, and that is always A good thing.

Will Naia be able to get past her fears and self doubt? Or will all be doomed for the inhabitants of Black Moon Draw? You must read it to find out, I don’t think you will be disappointed.. I sure wasn’t.

Praise for BLACK MOON DRAW: Lizzy Ford has done it again. She has created a story her fans are going to love and one that is different from so many others out there. The reader is transported into the book she is reading. . . I think that this is a story about believing in yourself and not letting what others say or how they treat you, stop you from that. In the end, it’s about what you believe yourself capable of and not be scared to venture out of your comfort zone. I loved it!”—Cindy, Goodreads reader

Synopsis: A reader gets sucked into the book she’s reading and is trapped, unless she convinces the hero of the story to send her home. Just her luck – the book is unfinished, and its sexy hero is far more alpha male than she’s prepared to handle.

What Naia doesn’t know: the story – and its hero – have been expecting her for quite some time, even though she has no idea what she’s doing there.

Naia must learn quickly how to navigate the dangerous, magical world of Black Moon Draw and find a way to complete her journey with the unlikely, uncooperative hero of the story, who holds the key to returning her home.
