About the Book:

“There would be no happy ending for us. He was too damaged. I was too broken.”

The conclusion to USA Today bestselling author Priscilla West’s New Adult Novel Wrecked.

Wrecked should be read before this book.

Lorrie’s semester started off hopeful but ended in disaster. Now, she’s even more lost and confused than she was at the beginning of the year. As Lorrie flees to the only family she has left, she has to come to terms with how things ended with Hunter.

Hunter has fought for so long to keep the truth from Lorrie in an effort to protect her, but that has only caused more heartache and pain.

Realizing his mistake, Hunter has made a vow to get Lorrie back, but is it too late?

Will Hunter be able to overcome his own demons and help Lorrie through her pain, or are they destined to keep hurting each other?

What I Thought:
I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
I thought Rescued was a great continuation of Hunter and Lorrie’s story.
It started where Wrecked ended, and kept me on my toes.. I wanted to find out how their story ends and Priscilla gave me what I wanted. There is a deeper struggle in this one and we get to know each of the character’s a little more.. It is good to see how people deal with the things life throws at them. I believe everything happens for a reason. This story shows 2 people that are both “damaged” and what that damage does to us and the people around us as well. In the last book we left Hunter fighting his demons, while Lorrie ran from hers. Can they find the path back to each other? And if they do will it end in disaster? Or can will they finally be able to save each other?? Great read, and I would definitely recommend you check it out.
